The annual village Fair in Halse takes place on the second Saturday of August. Thus the Fair in 2018 is scheduled for Saturday 11.The Fair incorporates a Flower Show and the Dog show. The Flower Show schedule giving details of the classes and rules of entry is now available and can be downloaded from here

The Fair starts at 12.30 and includes all kinds of events, including:
Commentry and announcements by 10 Radio
Kids' Assault Course
Egg Throwing
Tug of war
There is also a Dog Show and Flower Show as well as a Raffle, Bric-a-brac, cake stall, tombola, bowling, bouncy slide, cream teas, beer tent and barbeque.
